A 78-year-old male patient was living alone while his children worked outside the state. Over the past few months, he experienced progressive weakness, making it difficult to walk. His daughter-in-law returned home with her young daughter to care for him. Despite her efforts and treatment from a local healthcare provider, his condition did not improve, prompting her to seek further assistance.

She discovered JCREmeds on social media and booked a doctor consultation at home. During my initial visit, I found the patient had a history of hypertension, atrial fibrillation, cerebrovascular disease (CVD), transient ischemic attack (TIA), and lumbar spondylosis, with a history of 2-3 TIA episodes since January 2026. He complained of generalized weakness, difficulty walking, and abdominal pain with burning sensation. I noted noticeable enlargement of his nose and ears, which had progressed since 2024. His vitals were: BP 110/60 mmHg, Pulse 60 beats/minute, with pedal edema (left side more pronounced). I explained the patient’s condition, discussed possible causes with the family, and advised diagnostic tests. The patient returned with reports after 2-3 days. Based on clinical findings and test results, I modified his treatment, adding medications. The patient’s condition improved significantly, and the family was extremely satisfied with the care.
